« Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung. »

« the hotel river view room price was not right on the website hotel should correct it. But they still gave me river view room since it’s not my mistake. »

« Receptionist staff not friendly and dull face »

« PARFAIT EXCELLENT »

« I have stayed 2 nights. Water leakage in the bathroom. Flush button of WC really hard to push. The room not really cleaned after the first night. Teacups not at the right place and not clean. Hair still on the bathroom floor. The service was good, staff really nice. »

« Not recommended! The street corner where you should be able to roll your luggage, but the path was blocked, so you had to lift it up. Not sure if the place was recently renovated, because the room had a very strong chemical smell. Stayed for two nights, and there were actually different people sleeping on the lobby couches with their luggage. After 10 p.m., all the lobby lights including the entrance were turned off, which made the place feel really creepy. »

« Beautifully designed hotel but maintenance and cleanliness is an issue. Water pressure is too low, no hooks for towels, bathroom is too dark. The hotel staff needs to learn to deal with international customers as no one spoke to me in English. All in all good but many issues… »

« Clean hotel, close to landmarks to visit, simple quite hotel, good stay »
