« The receptionists was nice and friendly; The room looks clean; Supplies are sufficient - self-service laundry and gym equipment included, but
1. the room assigned was not the accurate type, had to request a change but got attitude from the room service staff;
2. Have to let them know that the breakfast was included in the order when checking in and had to ask for the coupon for breakfast.
3. The breakfast had monotonous menu, zero updates during my stay.

« This is not an hotel, but rather a bed and breakfast - a very nice one!!!! Rooms are very nice, nicely decorated but a bit awkward configuration. Includes a private small pool and a big breakfast! The best thing it’s the concierge 24/7 service. People and staff are always looking into how to make your stay better!!! They are great!!
Quite new and taxis may note yet know where it is, but easily found in maps. »

« The property is a little over presented what you see in the picture is not what it really looks like in reality. Location is central but the room amenities are hard to use or not usable at all. If you want to upgrade there isnt much option. The staff was the best part of our stay especially the Manager Zhang Na. On our first night, they informed us of the water outage which was not the greatest news when you travel over 2000 kms to get there. »
