« Property was nice, communication was terrible, no instructions how to check in, went to the property twice trying to figure it out, property mgr did not even attempt to let us know how to get the key, was vety difficult. Property itself was wuaint with a great view. »

« Eric was wonderful and took very good care of us, extremely helpful and courteous. He aided us in experiencing the nearby town of Banos. The location was breathtaking, with clear mountain air. The porch with all the plants and a firepit nearby was lovely. We totally recommend this amazing place! »

"We had an excellent stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it! Beyond the comfort of the place, we experienced something truly special on a human level. The hotel manager is an incredible person — always attentive, available, kind, and welcoming. He took care of everything to make our stay perfect, organizing all our excursions so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The hotel’s location is ideal: right across from a river, with stunning views of the mountains and lush greenery. Breakfast was delicious, and the prices are unbeatable. We truly felt at home, almost like being part of a family — a rare and precious feeling when traveling."
