« First off, I will highlight the good. The location of this place is PERFECT and the view is absolutely spectacular.The host was also extremely friendly and helpful. Now for the bad. The place is what I would call a “landlord special”. It’s in horrible condition. The shower was broken and leaking so bad that it here were about six towels on the floor keeping the bathroom from flooding. « Do not know where to start. WE PREPAID when we registered, but the owner said we needed to make another full. There were only two plates, no cutting knives, the glasses had sticky goo all over them, the stove did not work, there was no drinking water available. "This is a wonderful hotel in a beautiful location surrounded by lush gardens. It lacks some of the amenities you expect at this level (gym, fridge in the room, tea making facilities) and the helicopters that come and go to the hotel’s helipad are a real nuisance. However, my real reason for the 4/5 grade is because of all the bird cages. Toucans are meant to be free."

"Hôtel très mignon en plein coeur de la belle ville d'Antigua, à moins de 5mn à pied de la place centrale et proche de tous les commerces, attractions et restaurants. L'ambiance est comme celle d'une hacienda qu'on voyait à la télé ! Personnel très gentil, attentionné et bon petit petit-déjeuner inclus. Très bon wifi aussi. Il propose des excursions et des transferts vers l'aéroport, très pratique."

"Chambre grande bien équipée avec vue magnifique sur le lac ( nous avions demandé lors de la réservation un étage élevé au 5eme : vœu exaucé!). Hotel moderne situé à 2 pas des lanchas publiques pour gagner les différents villages autour du lac. Très belle piscine agréable ,parking sécurisé , belles parties commune, propreté parfaite. Petit déjeuner buffet parfait. Dîner de qualité "

"Hôtel pris rapidement 1 h avant pour cause de problème logistique de voiture qui s’est avéré un bon choix rapport qualité prix avec une chambre suite spacieuse bien équipé e. Petite piscine , bon petit déjeuner avec des produits de qualité, excellent dîner. Personnel prévenant. Parking sécurisé gratuit. Un hôtel situé dans un quartier sans intérêt mais proche de l’aeroport. "

"Chambre spacieuse avec cheminée et possibilité de faire du feu , coffre, lits parfaits , salle de bain grande mais tuyauterie qui date un peu. Petit-déjeuner bon , dîner inclus dans le tarif de la chambre excellent. Piscine agréable et chauffée ! Hôtel bien situé à 20 mn à pieds du centre. Jardins superbes. Parking sécurisé et gratuit. Accueil sympatique."
