« Pros; The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Con: The breakfast is pretty much like a snack area. The hard boiled eggs and sausages are like rubber bouncy balls. It would be nice to have a cereal not covered in sugar, Busses and semis take all the parking spaces if you come in late at night. They should park across the street at the mall. »

« Staff was very kind and helpful, rooms were comfortable and location was good. »

« Bon petit déjeuner Chambre très propre Accueil très agréable »

« Everything was great. »

« They do have a texas shaped waffle maker. »

« The room was very clean and the lady at the front desk was very helpful. »

« Room was well maintained! »

Really? 2 hours before check-in, not 1 room ready? She offered no other options and was not sincere when she said she could not do anything for me. I asked if I could freshen up in...

« October 15–17. I am writing about several concerns with our room and the response I received from the front desk. On the night of October 15, we found two large roaches in our room. The carpet near the air conditioner was also wet. We initially thought it might be related to the AC being set low, but after being away all day October 16, we returned to find the carpet still completely soaked. The room has also felt stuffy and had an unpleasant smell since we arrived. At approximately 9:30 a.m. on...

« Hello do you think it's normal that I never received the code to enter my room when I had warned in advance that we were going to arrive late. After two hours of driving we arrived in front of the room without having the code we stayed 1h30 locked in our car because that night it was raining no one was there to give me the code I had not received it by email or by message I find it unacceptable because we were ready to spend the night in the car alone in a large parking lot until . We called...
