« Nice neighborhood and parking spaces were big enough for a truck. Property was well maintained and it had a big front porch if you like sitting drinking coffee in the morning. Was disappointed on the house being dirty when we arrived. Floors were dirty and felt sticky.Took my shoes off before entering and socks were covered in dirt just from walking around. Definitely able to hear the people in the upstairs unit when speaking or walking. »

« The property was advertised as an oasis. While the beds were comfortable and overall the property was clean, on the Friday evening we arrived, the front and back yard were unmowed, and the lights in the dining room, kitchen and oven hood did not work. Several lamps throughout the property were missing light bulbs. A towel holder in the half bath was not secure to the wall. There were extra pillows but no extra pillow cases, there was a pile of laundry in the laundry room, the bottom fridge...

« I booked this location with the understanding that there were two beds. One bed in the den that was actually a closet. There wasnt much silverware, and coffee cups so we had to wash dishes. « Pat is a great host. We were there for my husband’s funeral. He made sure that we were all accommodated being that we were all Seniors. Will contact him again to rent when I visit the family. House was very well stocked and bathroom gifts were appreciated. Soaps and laundry detergents were an added bonus that most don’t have. Very cozy comfortable home. Can’t wait to see his new one in the Heights he just bought. Thank you again Pat. »
