« The rooms were spacious, the bedding was clean, and the furniture was acceptable. The house needs some maintenance pretty badly. The flooring, decking, patio furniture and flooring above the kitchen needs to be replaced. The dishes were dirty, sink upstairs and bathtub areas need a good scrub, and there was quite a bit of dust on the walls and ceilings. The bedrooms and living room area was nice. Definitely not a five star. »

« This was in a great place and the owner communicated a lot; however the pictures are very curated and do not accurately reflect the older state of the home. We could not use the kitchen at all and there was lots of muck on the carpets and walls. It was fine for the weekend, but I wish I had a better idea of the condition of the house. »

Location was great/close to Sb fields for week long tournament. Front door lock needs to be fixed as very difficult to lock door, but overall a decent place. »

« I enjoyed the stay but I was unaware that there were tenants in the basement part of the house. The website says “other tenants live on the property” but only in one line in the middle of a large mass of other words. Just wish it would have been stated more clearly and explicit in a place that was much more accessible. « We picked this place all on location to be close to family. Let me start by the host did communicate back with me to try and make things right. I will say he did try. Just upon checking in there were 3 guys in the place at 430 doing maintenance and a car in the driveway with a couple of people . When asked they said they run the errands for them. They were spraying for bugs , which to me was no problem but to it should have been done before checking in. When I arrived the house smelled . Almost...
