« We wanted to stay somewhere unique and central to all of the goings-on in Washington on this trip and this place was exactly what we were looking for! Not only did it feel very new and well kept, but the place was pretty spacious and had a large shower and bedroom / living area. Having the Tangled Roots brewery/restaurant right downstairs was just the cherry on top and we will absolutely consider this location to be on the top of our list for the next time that we need to stay in the Washington...

« Only thing we can say positive is that the beds were comfortable and the water was hot. The minute we walked in we could tell the floor had not been cleaned. Holes in bathroom wall. Dirty floor in bathroom. Dirty/mildew on shower grout. Water marks all over the kitchen table. « The cleanliness was subpar. The bedding was dirty and stained. "Clean" cutting board had dried up food on it in the cabinet. Floors were filthy and in need of repair, they were literally coming up. Only half the outlets in each bedroom worked. Asked specifically if washer and dryer were in unit. We were told yes. To be specific, they are in the basement, you must go outside, exit the unit, and it is shared space. Not in actual unit. Sink clogged and plumbing subpar. Really do not feel it was...
