« The staff is horrible, they try to teach customers thinking they know better. Management needs to understand that’s not how customers need to be treated, if they can’t train their staff why run a business!! »

« I was pleasantly surpised by this property. Newly renovated very clean the room was spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only critcism was that onsite parking was very limited and the offsite parking was a distance away in an area that doesn't feel very safe. Regardless the staff did their very best to accommodate me. »

Personale cortese e professionale. »

« Condo in itself is nice, it’s the management and housekeeping that is lacking 1) impossible to reach the front desk…tried 5 times and was put on hold for more than 15 mins each time.. 2) internet and phone not working for 4 out of 6 days 3) missing towels, soap, ustensiles, bowls, glasses had to call for everything 4) they don’t do daily cleaning! They came once in a week and did not even cleaned the counter or table..only made the bed. Very superficial cleaning crew. 5) the parking is 35$ per...

« Wifi issues everything else was good »

« The only issue was the neighbouring residents bordering the property (I don’t know which neighbour) had a dog that barked nonstop into the night and I’m not complaining about the dog, I’m complaining about the dog’s human who didn’t seem to be attending to the dog’s needs. I worried that the poor dog was being neglected. »

« Awesome place to stay with nice pub below »

« absolutely unforgettable experience! This hotel was truly incredible. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had entered another world. The beautiful racetrack, the amazing rooms, the breathtaking views, the unique equestrian theme, and the opportunity to see the horses and visit the stables made my stay something truly magical. Everything about this place is special. It is much more than a hotel; it is an experience I will remember forever. My sincere congratulations to everyone who created...

« Clean and well situated for Sydney Olympic Park. »
