« Petit déjeuner fourni dans un sac : demi muffin, pomme, jus et yogourt Costco… surprise! On se sent comme un enfant de maternelle! »

« The Vista Inn overlooks Kamloops and the lake. The rooms have just been renodeled, there is an excellent TV with 200+ channels. Bed was soft and comfy. I had a picture window to look out from. »

« It wasnt what we expected. Not ALL the rooms are renovated. Our room was dusty and smelled funny. The carpet was from the 70's and the curtains smelled cigarette. We had to sleep with windows open to make sure we would sleep properly. The bed was ok and the bathroom was clean at least. Service was fast and friendly and breakfast was ok. I would only recommand this place if you are on a budget and or/ Not allergic to dust. »

« La chambre était grande et propre. La salle de bain en bon état et le stationnement accessible. Nous avons regretté qu’il n’y ait pas de recyclage dans la chambre, mais au moins des tasses (et non des verres en plastique à usage unique). Le personnel était également très serviable. »

« Cigarettes and full ashtrays staying everywhere! People are smoking close to the bedrooms... Breakfast is really poor! Tables are not cleaned... »

« The accommodation was dirty; unfortunately, we noticed it in the morning! Nothing obvious, but all the dirt was hidden under the beds, old socks, wrappers, and even dog kibble! We'd rather not imagine the rest! In the morning, I think my neighbor was taking a shower, which cut off mine! Anyway, with the price being very low, I wasn't expecting 4-star quality, but at least basic hygiene! The only positive was the Indian restaurant just above :) »

« I loved the way the owners have a large selection of vhs' to take to your room. The room was clean. The lake is beautifully nestled in a small valley that is not overly polluted with noise from the highway near-by. I was sad that the owners were not able to open their restaurant this year due to staffing issues. But will definitely be back and am looking forward to that Italian meal. »

« We had another fantastic weekend at The Bears Den!! I have lost count of how many times we have rented the property but every time we arrive it feels like we are home! The location is perfect with a short walk to the lake and the views from the patio and through all the windows is amazing. The cabin itself is well equipped with everything you need. The beds are so comfortable and the linens are beautiful. We look forward to many more weekends at The Bears Den!! »

« Great vibe from the cabin , I can see alot of good times had there over the years , I'm familiar with the area so knew what to expect, hopefully revisit with a couple more people in the future , left a bottle of bailys and champaigne in the fridge , enjoy hahaha »
