« My father and I stayed in Araliya Cottage in the beginning and the end of our stay in Sri Lanka. We can recommend the Araliya Cottage because of the excellent service, delicious meals and the house is beautiful with a large garden. The owner spend hours telling us about Sri Lanka and took us to the beach free of charge were we had street food. « Loved the size of the room and the sea view from the balcony. Also use of large kitchen/sleeping room downstairs was great as able to prepare breakfast and also fresh tuna from the fish stalls that line the street. Garden lovely as was the pool. Property v secure. From the photo I had imagined the property was right on the beach but it is across the road and it is not a 'tourist' beach at all.
