The apartment has 2 bedrooms, hall and kitchen. This place is suitable for upto 6 people. This apartment is on the 1st floor. Apartment access via stairs.

This property is not suitable for parties and events. We have zero tolerance for guests who are loud and disturb the neighborhood. Smoking and consumption of liquor is not allowed.
The space
The apartment has 2 bedrooms a hall and a kitchen. There is also a computer table in the passage. The living room is lightly furnished with 2 tub chairs, 3 seater bench, a 40 Inch Led tv with Jio Fiber. The kitchen has a toaster, kettle, Induction stove and a microwave with basic utensils.
Guest access
The guest will have access for one parking and access to the terrace.
Other things to note
This property is a self check-in property with no caretakers. The service will be limited.

This is a silent property and we would request the guest not to make a lot of noise and disturb the neighbours. Request guests to close the windows at night.

Sometimes due to bad weather or power grid maintenance there might be power cuts, however there is a backup inverter which has power backup of 3 hours to 8 hours depending on the usage. This happens rarely in this vicinity.
