« Check in flawless and easy, room clean, spacious and temperature controlled for environment. Quiet surroundings, excellent choice of TV channels when we were in the room itself. Friendliest, most knowledgeable and patient staff with every guest who check in or out the entire time we were there. And what a tasty selection for breakfast, hot and cold, you name it! It was there and tasty!!! Haven't had this wonderful of a hotel experience in YEARS!!! We would go back in a heartbeat just to visit! »

« The smell in the room was horrible…Indian food or Marijuana smell. I had to hold a tea bag to my nose to sleep. The breakfast was mediocre…nothing special. The staff did not help me with my room issue. They were too busy. Other than the smell, the room was clean. I usually don’t complain about my hotel stays. »

« Wasn’t too bad for a motel. Had to reprogram my key the second day after we got breakfast. There was some type of plastic melted onto one of the bedsheets when we got there and there was a very strict incidental fee policy for ruined or stollen linens but I don’t think they charged me so that’s good lol, we found an old taco in the microwave. Other than that it was clean, the bathroom was pretty clean for a motel so that was good, the shower and tub were actually nicer than the ones at our...

« My stay at this motel 6 was about as expected. Though I didn’t use it, the pool area looked great. The room was as expected. Plenty of hot water in the showers. The only real negative was the noise. We could hear people’s conversations as they walked by. Loud vehicles on nearby Hwy. 99 woke us up. Not the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, but it was decent. »

« Katerina hotel is a must stay for those traveling to Chico. Clean, beautiful esthetic, with nice restaurant and bar amenities. Happy hour was a plus with nice food offerings and tasty drinks. The pool was well maintained and sunny. Staff at hotel went above and beyond to check in with you to make sure your stay was as comfortable as possible. Rooms were well sized, huge bathroom, and clean. Would recommend staying here - close to shopping and freeways. »

« The whole experience here was great! Staff were super nice and helpful during check-in. Parking was easy too. The breakfast was a good addition as well. »

« The A/C and the refrigerator were extremely noisy. We had to turn them off entirely to reconcile our sleep and opened the windows for ventilation but we could still hear the neighbors A/C’s. The carpet is smelly too. The staff on the other hand are very friendly and helpful. »
