Our Favorite Things About Ivy Villa

This lovely 3-bedroom home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac and accommodates up to six guests. Enjoy cozy, updated furnishings, smart TVs in the living room and each bedroom, and a family-friendly setting with a Pack ’n Play provided for your convenience. Spend time on the front porch or in the private, fully fenced backyard with ample seating, a gas grill, and a fire pit.



Home Layout

Step inside to a beautifully decorated, open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with major cooking appliances, plenty of counter space, and medium-roast coffee for your stay. Pull up a barstool or gather around the dining table for a meal together. The backyard is accessible just off the kitchen.



The primary bedroom features a king bed, a smart TV, and a private bathroom with a large walk-in dual shower and a double-sink vanity. The other two bedrooms each have a queen bed and a smart TV. A second bathroom is located off the kitchen and living area, and a laundry room is just off the dining area.



Guest Access:

You and your guests have full private access to the entire property during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Ivy Villa is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in Chickamauga, Georgia, just about 3 minutes from downtown Chickamauga and 25 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. Enjoy a peaceful neighborhood setting with a convenient base for exploring both towns, then return to the front porch or private, fenced backyard to unwind. Please respect the neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Other Things to Note:

This is a truly special family retreat, and we invite guests to enjoy the home and amenities while treating the property and surrounding grounds with care and respect.



We strictly DO NOT allow smoking, events, or parties. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please respect our neighbors.



A gas grill is available on the back porch.



There is space for four vehicles between the driveway and street parking on the cul-de-sac.



Pets are not allowed.
