A Home to Relax and Unwind
The open-plan living space runs along one bright room, so you can cook, eat and relax together without feeling boxed in. Settle in front of the Smart TV with Netflix after a day out, or use the desk and ergonomic chair by the garden‑view window to catch up on work, available upon request. Underfloor heating runs throughout, which makes the colder months comfortable from the moment you arrive.

The Layout

• Living area: Two sofas, coffee table and a Smart TV with streaming services including Netflix, sharing the room with the kitchen and dining space.

• Kitchen: Linear kitchen with oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, and granite worktops. Glasses, cutlery, crockery and pots and pans provided.

• Dining area: Round glass table seats 4, just beside the kitchen counter.

• Bedroom 1: King bed (zip-link, can split to twin), bedside tables with lamps, dresser and wardrobe or drawer space, hairdryer.

• Bedroom 2: King bed (zip-link, can split to twin), bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe or drawer space, hairdryer.

• Bathroom: Corner bath with overhead shower, WC and vanity unit. Towels and toiletries provided.

• Outdoor space: A communal paved patio reached through the back door, shared with the neighbouring apartments.

Location
Fishbourne is a quiet West Sussex village set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with the coast to the south and the South Downs to the north. Chichester and its 900-year-old cathedral are a short bus ride or drive away, and footpaths lead south into Chichester Harbour for shoreline walks towards Bosham. Goodwood is also a short drive, handy during racing and festival weeks.

Good to Know Before You Book
The apartment is on the ground floor with step-free access throughout, so there are no stairs to manage. Check-in is self check-in via a keybox, with full details sent on the morning of arrival, so you can arrive at your own pace. The two allocated parking spaces sit just off Main Road at the front. The patio reached through the back door is shared with the other apartments rather than private to you. Up to 2 well-behaved pets are welcome; please include them on your booking.

Extra charges
A pet charge of £20 per pet per stay applies, up to a maximum of 2 pets. A few optional extras can be arranged, all subject to availability and requested after booking through a secure third-party platform: early check-in and late check-out at £20 per hour (up to 2 hours), a welcome hamper at £6 per guest, a standard celebration package at £80, a premium celebration package at £150, plus food deliveries and spa or massage packages at varying prices.

Booking policy
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £200 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
