Other things to note
To ensure that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that everyone respect these house rules. In the event that any of the rules are not followed, there will be a corresponding fee to cover any necessary repairs, additional cleaning, and disturbances.
- unfortunately, we are not handicap or wheel chair accessible. Keep in mind there are 2 flights of stairs to climb in order to access the unit.
-Parties, events, and social functions are strictly prohibited in the apartment.
- Illegal activities, drugs, and any kind of commotion are not allowed on the property.
- No undeclared guests are allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A fee of $300 will be applied if any evidence of smoking is found in the unit.
- Do not leave the place excessively dirty. Additional fees will apply to guests that do not take care of our space and cause additional cleaning and or damage to the space. Charges for damages and broken house rules will be determined by the host on a case by case basis.
