A: Excellent public transit directions from my place to any point in the city are available via web search. My place is a short walk from the Sedgwick brown line “L” train station. Search for “Sedgwick brown line stop Chicago” in Maps, click the “Directions” button, then enter your point of interest.



Q: When is check-in/check-out?

A: Check-in: Your reservation and access to the apartment both begin at 4 p.m. on your check-in date.

Check-out: Your reservation and access to the apartment both end at 11 a.m. on your check-out date.



Q: “Is parking included?”

A: Parking isn't included and the streets around us are all either permitted (local residents only) or metered, so make sure not to use those spots. For the easiest parking, we highly recommend using a service called SpotHero to reserve a spot nearby before you arrive.
