The sleek kitchen includes stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating, fully equipped for everyday cooking or quick meals.



The bedroom is designed for comfort, featuring plush bedding, a calming green accent wall, and large windows that enhance the airy feel. A mirrored closet provides ample storage, ideal for longer stays, while the modern bathroom features clean subway tile and a full shower.



Located near the University of Chicago, Jackson Park, and local cafes and restaurants, this home offers the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and city living.



Guest Access:

Just a helpful note before your visit: our property's indoor temperature is managed in line with the season. Depending on the time of year, you'll have access to either air conditioning for warmer days or heating for colder ones.

We gladly welcome dogs with prior approval. Certain breed and weight limitations may apply, so please message us with your dog’s details before booking. Cats are also welcome.



After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your reservation details. Through that link, you’ll also have the option to add a $35 non-refundable Damage Waiver.

The waiver provides up to $400 in coverage for certain accidental damage that may happen during your stay, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Coverage is limited to qualifying accidents and does not include intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, pet-related damage, negligence, misuse, or house-rule violations.

If you decide not to add the waiver, any damage charges that apply during your stay will remain your responsibility.
