  • Une chambre entièrement meublée dans le village ukrainien / West Town. Élu meilleur quartier du top dix aux États-Unis. Près de Wicker Park, Ukrainian Village et Bucktown. L'espace est lu les commentaires! Il y a un parking gratuit dans la rue.

    Cet espace incroyable en plein cœur du village ukrainien + West Town non loin de Wicker Park. Grande cuisine avec îlot, lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes et tout le nécessaire de cuisine dont vous avez besoin! La salle de bain est grande avec une baignoire sur pattes. La chambre a de grandes portes françaises qui séparent les pièces. Le lit est un tout nouveau matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme. Il y a aussi un canapé convertible et un lit bébé pour accompagner plus d'invités.

    Dans l'arrière-cour, il y a des érables japonais incroyables, un grill et un fumeur. Il s'agit d'un espace commun pour tous les invités.

    Le quartier est très sûr et proche des commerces et des tonnes de restaurants. Ce quartier est considéré comme le plus branché et branché de Chicago.

    Le metra est à seulement 3 pâtés de maisons {8 minutes du centre-ville} et vous pouvez monter dans le bus CTA {Chicago et Grand} et aller directement au centre-ville. Vélos Divvy au coin de Chicago et Damen & Grand et Damen.

    Notre maison ne s'appelle pas iKlektik House pour rien! Nous décorons avec nos œuvres d'art avec des collègues et des amis. A certainement un style qui lui est propre.

    Entrée sans clé. Nous vous enverrons un code personnel et des instructions sur la façon d'accéder à l'appartement une semaine avant la date d'arrivée.

    Entrée privée. Accès complet à la cour arrière avec grill et fumoir! N'hésitez pas à vous prélasser dans le hamac sous la pergola.

    Nous aimons interagir avec nos clients. N'hésitez pas à venir dans la cour et à boire un verre avec nous!

Super responsive Host, fantastic location for us, king bed was wonderful. Would definitely stay again! We visited the Ukrainian Museum and thoroughly enjoyed that, too.

The character of this more than 100-year-old space was a special experience from the moment we walked in. A quality renovation with thoughtful appointments provided every convenience within the eclectic design. Walkable neighborhood with short distance to cafes. Mindy was a friendly and responsive host.

Great Stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this rental home in Chicago! The location was perfect, with easy access to transit and great local spots. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it very comfortable. The hosts were responsive and provided excellent recommendations. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the city! Outstanding stay in a great neighborhood

The property was ideal in all respects. It’s bright and sunny, with great sitting areas, spacious master bedroom and very nice bathroom. It’s beautifully decorated. Really nice blankets and towels. We enjoyed the neighborhood, too, which is remarkable for its great Ukrainian bakeries and museums.

Comfy cozy retreat

Visiting daughter and family in Ukrainian Village. This was a perfect mini home away from home. Super comfy king bed with a great comforter; enough utensils and supplies, etc in kitchen if you wanted to cook; large bathroom with great towels, a few nice amenities like shampoo/conditioner, extra towels, tp. Easy street parking. Very accommodating host. We loved coming back at the end of the day to our own little oasis.

The host was friendly and the communication prior to and during our stay was very good. The street parking right in front of the building was a great perk. We absolutely loved the neighborhood! We arrived about 6PM on Halloween and the whole neighborhood was decorated and it seemed everyone was participating. It was so magical!! We chatted with the neighbors as we wandered through the street and everyone was so friendly we ended up with quite a few treats in our pockets and doing shots with the neighbors! There was a wonderful local tavern as well as a lot of food and drink options within walking distance. Easy access to locations we visited; Soldier Field, Millennium Park and Navy Pier. We definitely will stay again!

This was a cool place to stay for a long weekend of events at the United Center. Parking on the street was easy, the place was clean, and neighborhood felt safe. The nearby conservatory at Humboldt park was nice for a quiet and affordable outing. This place was pretty close to United Center, but maybe not walking distance. We used rental bikes one night, but then the docking station was full, so drove each other night and found free parking in Levitz/Madison area (search for Madison Ave PNC and you’ll get there). We’ll probably stay again if the Ph from Vermont plays UC again!

warm & cozy in Chicago

We loved the cozy warmth of radiant heated floors since it was below freezing most of our visit. The bed was super firm, which we like and the down comforter made it extra comfortable for sleeping. The location was quiet and there was a lot of available street parking. We've had knee and hip replacements which made the shower a challenge. Fortunately, the owners thought of everything and had a small step stool in the bathroom. Getting in and out of the apartment was a breeze.

Chicago Weekend

Came to Chicago for a weekend and this was the perfect spot. Situated between two main bus routes running downtown, close to the blue line for getting in from O'Hare. Had two nights in a row at the United Centre, all of a 10 minute bus ride and we even walked back in the second night.

Beautiful place, safe area

We enjoyed our stay here. It is a beautiful and charming apartment in a good neighborhood. The only issue we had was they didn't switch the lock number so we were locked out at 11 PM in Chicago which made us nervous. After about 30 minutes the assistant got back to us and let us in with a different code. Other than that we enjoyed the place and the location was perfect for food and delivery.

The IKlektik House was perfect for our needs

Mindy was very easy to work with and the place was very uniquely decorated and in a great location. Close enough to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. Didn't have a chance to enjoy the nice back yard. Will definitely stay here again if available on our next trip to Chicago.

Mindy and Tony were so accommodating and kind. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and we loved their suggestions. The bed was very comfortable. Can’t say enough great things about this property!

If character and charm are what you like this is for you.

Very accommodating hosts! Everything explained and recommendations offered. This is a very old home and the floor will creak and you will hear upstairs noise but nothing that we had any issue with. Just understand before you book, this is a cool old house that has been fixed up very nice. We liked it! One thing of note is the claw foot tub and shower curtain in the bathroom. The tub is awesome but does require a bit of balance to shower so if you have any issue with mobility I would want you to take note. The kitchen is well equipped and stocked. If you like old homes in a great neighborhood with gracious hosts this is a great place to stay and we would not have a problem staying again.

Very relaxing!

Loved staying at the iKlektik House // Cardinal apartment. Very comfortable, tasteful, refreshing in decor and ambiance. Check-in and check-out was easy and flexible. Mindy was very communicative and helpful. Great neighborhood with several excellent Ukrainian restaurants such as Tryzub, convenient Italian deli on the corner with delicious sandwiches and cookies, and Ann's Bakery is so much more than a bakery - a grocery store very much like those found in Ukraine! Bus #66 is a few blocks away that runs frequently and takes you downtown to Navy Pier or subway connections. Definitely recommend staying here; I look forward to returning to Chicago and will definitely stay here!
