Implementing additional cleaning measures in response to the virus. Not only are we wiping down all the surfaces as we typically do, but we are utilizing ozone machines, making sure that all door handles, towel bars, and other surfaces like remote controls are also being fully cleaned and sanitized between stays.

* 2 Twin-Size beds each with super comfy memory-foam mattress in the lofted bedroom off main-floor living room
* Walk-up private rooftop area with plenty of space for lounging (7-pc sectional set w/ 2 lounger chairs!)
* All 3 Full bathrooms with towels & body wash, shampoo, conditioner. Very nice showers - will not want to get out!
* 2 Pullout sofas with queen memory-foam mattresses in living space areas
* A Custom Chef's Kitchen stocked w/ all top SS appliances and granite counter tops: utensils/pots/pans/dinnerware/glasses
* Another full kitchen on the main level
* Walkout patio areas off the back of the main/top level
* Custom built-in cabinetry and shelving throughout

Other things to note about the space:

-In/Out Access is hard to beat as long as going up some stairs is not an issue for you and your group! The high ceilings and rooftop mixed with privacy/safety are well worth it!
-Top Main Living/dining area has 65” SMART TV w/ cable provided through YouTube TV. SMART TVs as well in both king bedrooms and main-floor living room!
-Dining room table fits 6 easily
-Very large workspace area
-Large Rooftop deck with 360 degree views.
-Cozy fireplaces, all-in-one washer/dryer in-unit, and Hardwood floors through out. Just off Wells St. It is a truly unbeatable Old Town location.

Q: Is the neighborhood safe?
A: Very much so. 24 hours a day.

Q: PARKING?
A: Even though you don't really need a vehicle for this location in Chicago, we supply parking stickers for zone parking on the street/surrounding streets nearby. Not paying for parking in this area of Chicago is a huge plus!

Q: Do I need to bring towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, a hair dryer, or linens? A: Nope! we provide all these things.

Q: When can I check in or check out? A: Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Early check ins can be difficult if there are guests who check out on the same day of your check-in.

Q: Can I come and go as I please? A: Yes. And we wouldn't trust any listing with which this isn't the case.

Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests? A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests.

Q: What's my total booking price? A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so we don't actually control this.

Q: Are the beds comfortable? A: Very. Some guests say they're the best they've ever slept on!

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
This is a walk-up (one set of concrete stairs up to main entrance, and then one long set of carpeted stairs once entering the front entrance to get to the top living space). No elevator. If it’s challenging walking up and down stairs, this may not be the best place for you, but there is the master en-suite on the main after you enter. Bringing in luggage to the top two bedrooms may be challenging if large, heavy suitcases.

Easy to drive into with great parking and great location. Wells Street offers great restaurants and we were able to easily walk or take the El everywhere we wanted to go. Owners were amazing..

Not only was the proximity to Wells Street. Amazing, the short block that this property on is also wonderful. If I lived in Chicago I would want to live there! The heart of old town is just steps away. We rented both the first and second floor units and it was comfortable for four siblings and spouses.

Great location bars, shopping across the street also on a quiet street you don’t even have to drive anywhere if you don’t want to! We didn’t pay over $12 for an Uber to the loop/downtown. The place was clean and huge (private roof, balcony and heated tile in master) Nicole and Matt were so quick to respond with questions before our stay and have the best check in documents I’ve ever seen. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
