Walked in, found hair on the toilet, bathtub and stove top. That did it for me.

Nothing worked in my room, they don't bring anything to your room, the housekeeping knocks once and comes on in without permission. No towels when I kept asking for some

stolen hoodie

When I checked out my room I left my hoodie on the bed. Called an hour later for it and they told me that didn't see it. I know for a fact I left it because I remember seeing it on the bed not packed and noted that I had to pack it but I didn't. They told me it wasn't turned in. The hoodie is name brand and kinda expensive that's the only reason I feel it was stolen and because I know I left it but that's my fault. Honesty is hard to come by.

We did not enjoy our stay AT ALL!!!

Les + : Location was good.
Les - : The customer service.
Situation : Close to restaurants and malls. Easy access to the highway.
We arrived at midnight (called in advance to let them know). Upon arrival, we rang the bell as instructed, and as we were ringing the bell, a guest was leaving so we were able to get in. After we entered, we waited at the front desk for 10 minutes for someone to show up . Went back to the lobby door and rang bell again. Finally, the staff member came out, but seemed upset. As she was checking us in, she kept mumbling under her breath about being "disturbed". The next day, we were getting dressed and noticed that we only had two sets of towels (even thought the reservation was for 4 people). I sent my husband to the front desk to ask for more towels. He was told that we can only get more towels after we turn in the old towels. It was hard for them to understand that we don't need 2 towels, we need 4 towels, so therefore, we are asking for two additional sets. But they didn't get it. So we managed to get cleaned up with what we had. The next day, I went to the front desk to see if I couldn't get a new person to understand my request. Finally, she got it, but we had to wait 2 hours because the towels were being washed. In addition to all of this, the room smelled like smoke. Finally after checking out, my husband was loading the luggage from the room to the car. The room service attendant came in the room - blew her breath - and said the next time you visit us, please remember to throw your garbage out. The incinerator is down the hall. Sorry, won't be a next time.

Ac not working up to par. Dryer sheet behind tv stand. There was an oder in elevator and hallway.

It seemed closer to a Motel than a hotel. The pillows were old. No shampoo in the bathroom. No coffee maker in the room. Outside of the absence of the usual niceties you find in most hotel rooms, the room was clean and the person at the front desk was excellent.

Just Dont

If you using this hotel for a getaway staying longer than 5 days or if u living here for a while that's ok.But for 2 or 3 days no. They dont clean the rooms..not even if u request..the staff is rude the room had holes in wall and the chair fell apart when my sister sat in it (and no shes not fat).The only good thing was the lemondae in the lobby..it was popcorn too but it was stale..Go across the street to the Holiday Inn..Stay clear of this place
