The room was very comfortable, clean but best part was staff. The staff was amazing very friendly, helpful to the most demanding customer (the ones in front of me). We are staying there again when we return to Chicago.

Will not stay here again.

The room is outdated and what was said as amenities in the description were not true. What we paid for the hotel was not worth it. The front desk was not friendly. Our toilet overflowed, so they came up to fix it and it seemed like no big deal to them. Tried to order a pizza and because of the neighborhood, the pizza place had to call to confirm that we were actually staying there, but nobody answered the front desk phone, hence we never got our pizza.

The location was great but the services sucks.The room had left over garbage from previous guest.

Bad Choice, Sticking with The Hyatt

Once I got into my room, I was okay. But on my way up, the elevator was dirty, the halls smelled like dirty house smell, or very dirty laundry. The television selection was horrible, need many more channels. My room did not have tissue or towels. I will never return to this place.

A bug in the bed

Good customer service but interior of hotel was not up to standard. The entire hotel smelled like nicotine. I chose this one because I have stayed in Other locations that are a 3 of 4 point Star

Skimpy with the "Free Breakfast"

It was a nice place to stay, but they put free breakfast in as an amenity. Well a couple granola bars and a bowl of fruit sitting out doesn't even come close to a breakfast in my opinion.

Never again

Upon entry to the room it looked clean but the light switch had something on it. The next morning I discovered that the shower curtain and bathtub was covered in the last occupants hair. I also thought I had kicked a wheel on the bed but upon inspection found a dirty glass, dirty silverware, and an empty food container undeneath. Needless to say I was not happy with the cleanliness of the room.

There was hair in the bed and bath tub. Our room was changed, there was hair on the towels & bath tub
