Everything was good except the "breakfast"......it was grab and go....granola bars and instant oatmeal coffee smh.

Entire hallway and stairs needed major cleaner. Manager was good. No snack bars at breakfast.

Nice location, but everything else wasn't.

Room was unclean, bathroom was worst, toothpaste all over the sink, kitchen sink was nasty too. Bed is old and makes lots of squeaky sounds wen u move about on it. Hallways and elevator was always dirty and needs vacuuming, saw the same pieces of garbage day after day, u have to go by reception to collect kitchen utensils and pots n pan, tissue, towels etc. White pillows were all mildew and looked dirty some towels were very old, stained, had small holes and needs to be thrown out. Entire place badly in need of air freshners especially the lobby, which is the entrance.

Had problems with billing. Charged twice for same room awaiting resolution.

I was first given a key to a room that was never cleaned then I was directed to another room that was supposedly cleaned by housekeeping but it was various parts of the room that was dirty. The room smelled as well like musty carpet and wet dirty towels. I'll never stay there again.

Room changed 3 times 1st room was not clean, 2nd room the bathroom sink was backed up with black water...the last room the bed was full of hair and makeup on the sheet. This hotel is supposed to have breakfast which was coffee and muffins in the lobby....

OK Hotel

Les + : Location, space, studio setup.
Les - : Complimentary breakfast (no seating tables), housekeeping. Despite accepting pets, not friendly to pets (high surcharge)
Situation : Location is good, just beside I-94/I-80, 30-40 minutes to Chicago.
I stayed two nights and they did not do housekeeping. I had to request for soaps and shampoo for the second night from the front desk.
