The location was great but the services sucks.The room had left over garbage from previous guest.

Very Clean

Les + : Nice clean rooms
Les - : Only one elevator which is okay if you don't have to walk to other end of building. Surprised to see dogs in the hotel. Could hear them barking.
Situation : Very convenient location, off I-294; near shopping, eating,
Staff was very nice and accommodating regarding the heat/air not working in room. The person in room above was walking very hard which woke me up at 4:30 and it continued. I alerted staff and person was asked to tone it down, but they didn't.

Will be hard to consider a "Extended Stay" again!

The front desk clerk had a problem with the key machine and was finally able to produce one key for us. The room reaked tremendously with smoke. I had to downside to a room with a queen bed because the room she had available for the king I reserved had an inoperable refrigerator. We had to go and get new sheets from the front desk because apparently the desk clerk was performing multiple jobs. Lastly, there was dead roach smashed on the wall new our door. Horrible experience!!

The Hotel needs to be updated. The beds are small and the breakfast is hardle a breakfast. The staff was very nice and it was clean but very worn.

Clean, Quiet, professional. You couldn't ask for more than that from a hotel. At one point I wondered if I was the only one in the hotel. That's how quiet it was.
