Private Bedroom: Rest comfortably in a separate bedroom equipped with two full-size beds, crisp linens, extra pillows, and blankets. Thoughtful details like luggage racks and charging cables are provided.

Modern Bathroom: Enjoy a spotless private bathroom with a tub/shower combination, fresh towels, toiletries, soap dispensers, and a hairdryer.

Workspace & Refreshment Nook: Stay connected with fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace. The nook includes a mini fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and a Keurig coffee machine with complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.

Private In-Unit Laundry: A full-size stacked washer and dryer are available exclusively for your use, along with an iron and basic cleaning supplies. Ample clothing storage is also provided.

Guest access
Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire private lower-level apartment, providing complete privacy throughout your stay. Your dedicated entrance is located along the side of the house and down a short flight of stairs.

Self Check-In: Check in at your convenience using our secure smart lock. Personalized access codes and detailed arrival instructions will be provided before check-in.

Free Parking & EV Charging: Free street parking is typically available directly in front of the home. A Level 2 EV charger is available on-site for an additional fee of $15 per stay.

Luggage Drop-Off: Luggage drop-off may be available before check-in or after check-out, subject to availability. We strive to make your arrival and departure as smooth and convenient as possible.

Home Setting: This private apartment is located on the lower level of our family home. While we do our best to maintain a peaceful environment, you may occasionally hear light footsteps or normal household activity from upstairs during daytime hours.

Temperature Control: The apartment is equipped with its own dedicated mini split heating and air conditioning system, allowing you to adjust the temperature to your comfort. For added convenience, fans and space heaters are also provided.

Safety & Security: Your safety is important to us. The apartment is equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and a first aid kit. Exterior security cameras are located at the front, side, and rear of the property and record 24/7. There are no cameras inside the apartment.

No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking, vaping, marijuana, e-cigarettes, cigars, and the use of any recreational drugs are not permitted anywhere on the property, including inside the apartment, at the entrance, on the stairs, or in the yard. A minimum $250 additional cleaning and odor-remediation fee may be charged if this policy is violated.
