The name on the ID must match the name on the reservation. Bookings without completed verification steps may be canceled.

Required Security Deposit or Damage Waiver:

Guests may choose between a $300 security deposit or purchase a $49 damage waiver through our secure guest portal. This covers accidental minor damage up to $300. It does not cover smoking, parties, pets, intentional damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or rule violations.
