By booking, you agree to the following:



✔ Acceptance of Terms & Conditions – Booking confirms acceptance of our rental agreement & policies.

✔ ID Submission – A valid government-issued ID is required for check-in for all guests who stay at the property.

✔ Background Check – is required for all guests who stay at the property.

✔ $350 Security Deposit – is required for booking the property.

✔ Delayed Check-In Risk – Failure to complete verification at least 2 days in advance of stay may result in delayed check-in instructions.

✔ Each booking comes with two mobile device digital keys to the property. Building management charges $25 per additional digital key. If you are staying a week or longer we will cover the extra cost of the keys.
