Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to the studio apartment during their stay. You’ll enjoy the entire space, including the sleeping area, kitchenette, bathroom, and all in-unit amenities.



Thank you for understanding that our property's climate control system is operated according to the season. Air conditioning is available during warmer weather, and heating is provided during colder periods.

Getting Around:

The apartment offers convenient access to downtown Chicago by car, Metra, and CTA buses. Lake Shore Drive is nearby for easy city travel, while the Metra Electric line can quickly connect you to downtown attractions like Millennium Park, Navy Pier, and Willis Tower. Hyde Park is also highly walkable, making it easy to explore restaurants, parks, bookstores, coffee shops, and the lakefront on foot.

After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your reservation details. Through that link, you’ll also have the option to add a $35 non-refundable Damage Waiver.

The waiver provides up to $400 in coverage for certain accidental damage that may happen during your stay, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Coverage is limited to qualifying accidents and does not include intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, pet-related damage, negligence, misuse, or house-rule violations.

If you decide not to add the waiver, any damage charges that apply during your stay will remain your responsibility.
