The dining room has a an original built-in hutch, an antique sideboard and round dining table that seats 6 - great for entertaining or playing games with your family or friends. There are 3 large bedrooms upstairs along with a full bathroom and a laundry room. The bedrooms are furnished with a king bed, a California king bed and a queen bed. All bedrooms have dresser storage and closets. The bathroom has a soaking tub. The main floor has a den/office that is perfect for working at home but can also serve as a guest room with a pull out futon. There is also a library hutch that has books you can read, games, puzzles and a selection of cookbooks. The other full bathroom is on the main level and features a custom built walk- in subway tile shower and beautiful marble mosaic tile on the floor. There is a beautiful pantry that is set up as a wine and coffee bar area. At the back of the home, there is a sunny family room with a unique original wood wall that is furnished with a couch, a TV and a small table and chairs so you can enjoy the view of the back yard with your morning coffee. There is zoned central heat and air so you can be comfortable no matter where you are in the house.

Only 1 mile to the lake front beaches, parks, bike trails and walking paths – this is part of what makes Chicago a great place to live! Winnemac Park is 4 blocks away. There are several public transportation options – a 10 minute walk to the red line, the brown line or the Ravenswood Metra station. Only a ½ block to the Clark St. bus (22) and easy access to Lake Shore Drive, which is only a few minutes away by car.
