Loved our stay! We had to leave for a tradeshow all day but it was lovely to wake up and drink coffee on the balcony with a lake view. The apartment is relaxing and peaceful. An extra shout out to the check-in host, Bryan. Very kind and thorough.

The condo was very pretty and we really enjoyed our stay. There were a few issues, but I would still stay here again. The cleaning crew is left to be desired. We found a contact lens in the bedsheets of one of the rooms. Not a big deal, but it did make us wonder if the sheets had been cleaned. The host that greeted us was very nice and polite. However, we were told that the key fob for the entrance to the building and elevator was broken, and we needed to check in at the front counter each time we entered the building. We later found out that was not the case. The fob just didn't work for us, as we were guests and not residents of the building. That is fine, if not a little strange, but I am not sure why we couldn't have been told that in the first place.

This property was great for a work trip and two co-workers. Having the extra bedroom and bathroom is key when sharing a space so much better than a hotel. The ambiance is fantastic. We had a few things to note for the owner and they were receptive to the communication. Big plus. I would stay here again.

Property and location are good. The catch? A brutal, hostile check in process that wasn't clearly disclosed beforehand. I personally would never get a property from them again. After signing up, started getting numerous emails and txts threatening to cancel the booking unless we promptly filled out a secondary online application. That lengthy process entailed details and photos that felt rife for racial profiling or identity theft. Included uploading personal photos and government ID to some suspicious third party website. Also demanding a link to my social media page. I found it intrusive and insulting.Check in day included having to coordinate exact check in time to meet up with someone to get escorted in, and bearing through an overly long tour and useless details with that person. I didn't need their dining suggestions or their personal story at the end of a long travel day with kids. Give me the key and leave me be.

The location and size of this rental were great. We were able to find groceries and good restaurants within blocks. We were also in walking range of the Field Museum and Shedd Aquarium that were our main plans for the trip. I was surprised at how much information was collected about me before we were confirmed to stay, and check in has to be scheduled at an exact time. Unfortunately, when we visited the key fob to use the elevator and parking was not working, so we had to ask for assistance to get to the apartment every time we returned, and our parking was cancelled at the last minute. The apartment definitely could have been cleaned better, and one bedroom door couldn't be closed (scraped in the floor).

We loved everything about this property. It was even better in person. The views of Soldier field and Lake Michigan were awesome and even better at night. The checkin process and property manager was great. We had no issues. There were nice restaurants for breakfast and dinner right across the street. There was a small grocery across the street as well along with bigger stores nearby. Alot of the touristy spots required a Uber but there was plenty to see within walking distance. The game room and fitness center was a nice bonus. Will definitely stay again.

Everyone at Envitae was great. Our host contact, Sam, was friendly, helpful, and prompt. All important things when traveling with a small group of friends. The place was beautiful with a spectacular view of the city. We were close to everything we wanted to do, and a great restaurant just out the front door.

The property is on S. Michigan avenue. A grocery, a breakfast place and an ok Ramen restaurant is across the street from the building. Gorgeous city view. Very clean. Plenty of room. Loved staying here. Highly recommend!

We came to Chicago for a few days to catch up with some friends, have a couple of Michelin 3 star dinners, enjoy the museums, and to see Metallica at Soldier Field. The apartment was fantastic. It was clean and well appointed. The views were incredible. It was within walking distance to the Shedd Aquarium, The Field Museum, and Soldier Field. We had a minor issue with the garbage disposal that was fixed the same day within a timeframe that was convenient for us. Enviate, the property manager organization, was very responsive and always available for issues/questions.

HORRIBLE! Upon checking in unit we were met with the stench of cigarette smoke along with weed, and I’m not talking a little odor full on take your breath!! I notified the number I was given to contact if we had any issues, they would not answer actual phone call, and texting was sparse or non existent, we purchased candies, air fresheners, pods, sprays to attempt to help but unfortunately it only masked the scent temporarily. They sent someone 24 hours later with a can of some type of odor reducer which again, masked the scent temporarily. I sent numerous texts and the guy even said he was embarrassed upon checking us in unit and reported it and said that cleaning crew had reported as well but no one reached out to us to tell us about the issue. We all experienced sinus/allergy issues and trying to enjoy any time in living room area was nauseating! They did advise me they had a strict no smoking policy but obviously prior guest did not abide by. I had to explain to my seven year old grandson what the smell was! I’m beyond appalled at the condition of the unit and the lack of customer service, all I got was “thanks for understanding” which was in NO way what I was! To top it off found a used tissue in my bed too, completely disgusting so my advice is to stay away from this property and this company, I plan to seek legal advice as to what may be done.

Loved the location of our accommodations. If you are familiar with the public transit and/or willing to walk, there is so much to do so close by. Apartment was as described and very comfortable for our party of 6. Check in process could use some work, but not a deal breaker. Appreciate the prompt communication from rebooking through check out.

We rented this appointment while in town for a work conference. What an incredible place! The views of the City, Soldier Field, and the lake are incredible! The staff at the apartment complex were great and the check in and check out process was seamless. I highly recommend this rental, you won’t be disappointed!

This was the absolute perfect location, downtown, blocks from Soldier Field, i highly recomend getting a CTA 3,5,7 day pass while your there the public transportation in chicago is great and super easy to use, understand and really cheap convenient way to get around. the apartment was perfect, the rooms were huge, a couple little issues when we checked in with the couch being broken and the sink in both bathrooms drained really really slow. but overall great stay, great views and perfect location. will stay again
