Spacious and bright, this house offers a spectacular sea view from its large terrace. Located in Chiavari, one of the gems of the Ligurian Riviera, it’s the perfect starting point to explore Portofino, the Cinque Terre, Sestri Levante, and the charming villages of Tigullio. Relaxation, nature, and unforgettable sunsets await.

🛏️ YOUR ACCOMMODATION
🏡 The house offers large and welcoming spaces: a big living room, a separate kitchen, a spacious double bedroom with an additional single bed, a comfortable bathroom, a second double bedroom with a private bathroom 🚿, and a final single bedroom.
A private parking space 🚗 is included, suitable for small cars. Just in front, free parking is available for larger vehicles.
To reach the house from the parking area, you’ll need to climb a long staircase 🏞️.
Please note that supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and bars are located at a distance: having a car 🚘 is essential to reach the nearest shops.

🛎️ USEFUL INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any need, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

🔑 EASY AND SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely, without constraints.
🔑 Check-in & Check-out
• 🕒 Check-in: from 3:00 PM.
• 🕚 Check-out: by 11:00 AM.

🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLIER OR LEAVE LATER?
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.
• ✅ Early check-in (from 08:00): €40
• ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: dish towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENIC REASONS, no food is present in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

👶 TRAVELING WITH YOUNG CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children from 0 to 2 years old.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including bed linen.

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We’re happy to welcome your four-legged friends, subject to request and confirmation.
• Additional cost: €30 per stay.
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged.

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €1.00 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 12 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• Please respect the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of trash.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will apply.

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
