lnous sommes restés 3 nuits a cet hotel ni la chambre ni la sdb n'ont eté faites une seule fois de plus si vous n emportez pas votre clee avec vous le soir l hotel est fermé et vous risquez de passer la nuit dehors heureusement nous avions un téphonne et le numero de l'hotel d"autres personnes on du passer la nuit dehors!!!

位置非常好，尤其是喜欢酒吧街G朋友，旺中带静；但房间设备真的比较简陋，原则上是無什么设备，香港人应该不会接受，但尚算干净

Só caprichem no wi-fi, o resto excelente!

Instalações muito boas, recepcionista suuper simpático e atencioso. Pertissimo de dois templos maravilhosos (dá para ir a pé) Único ponto negativo ficou pelo frustrante sinal de wi-fi. Cai toda hora! Outra coisa é que não oferece café da manhã nem lavanderia. Resolvemos isso levando roupa na rua de trás onde tem uma lavanderia.

Damaged laptop and sexual harassment

When I first walked into my room, I went to the bathroom and the trash was full with bloody toilet paper and urine in the toilet. The next day, I left my hotel room to walk around. I came back to the hotel at around mid-afternoon to rest. As I was getting ready to go back out to sight-see before flying back home, I saw the hotel hair dryer on my laptop which wasn't there when I left that same morning. I took the hair dryer off my laptop and saw a crack on the top of my laptop. I ran downstairs to find someone and none of the girls working there spoke English. I said very clearly "I have an emergency. I need help". One of the girls called the manager and he arrived around 10 minutes later. He then called the owner and she arrived. The owner said the employee denied doing anything. She took me to the computer store and they could not help me. Later, the manager knocked on my door and asked if he could help with the pain I had in my upper back from the luggage I was carrying. He said that he is a healer and does Thai massage. He wanted to help after the incident earlier. I reluctantly went to the front porch with him. He He used a type of ointment on my neck for the pain. It was just like going to a regular Thai massage place. He proceeded to massage under my shirt and asked if he could do a full body massage in my room and I said "no." I ran up to my room, locked the door, and put all of my luggage in front of it. Staying at this hotel was a nightmare. Stay away!

Casa tailandesa acogedora y preciosa

Me encanto mi estadía en este hotel, el portero del hotel súper simpático, nos prestó sombrillas para un día que estaba lloviendo, la señora que nos recibío súper amable, nos explicó y todo bien, la decoración del hotel súper tailandesa con cuadros y espejos hermosos, el hotel es como una casa tailandesa muy muy linda y acogedora, además tienen una ubicación perfecta, cerca de muchos templos,mercados,cafeterías y lugares para hacer masaje

便利な立地、静かでリラックスできます。

旧市街でも比較的静かな通りでした。周辺にはレストランやマッサージ屋もあり申し分無い立地です。ゲストハウスも綺麗な庭があり、お部屋も清潔で綺麗でした。

4 day stay in Chiang Mai

We loved our stay at the Flora House! The hospitality was great, and everything was sparkling clean! beds were comfortable, and it was in a nice, quiet location but only about a 5-minute walk to the night markets. It was a great value all around, and we would recommend staying there while in Chiang Mai!

War maximal ok

Von Außen ganz nett. Innen sehr sauber. Allerdings lief die ganze Zeit Wasser aus der Toilttenspühlung auf den Boden, sodass dieser ständig nass war. Fön hat sehr zum leidwesen meiner Frau nicht funktioniert. Die Ladekabel flogen immer aus der Steckdose, da kein Halt vorhanden war.

服務人員親切，受惠良多，但有小螞蟻及小蚊子，環境清幽，交通便利，出門不用十分鐘就到了清邁門及昌卜克門間的古廟一條街(帕拋考路)，而週末夜市也很近，很方便

地点好，古城内，BP酒店对面，离契迪龙寺、帕辛寺都不远，逛周日夜市很方便。四层小白楼，院子里绿草鲜花，赏心悦目。无餐，不过附近餐饮很多选择，总之清清爽爽的家庭旅馆，性价比很高

VERY cute hotel with a great location

We really enjoyed staying here for a night in mid-may. The building and grounds are absolutely beautiful, both inside and out. The room is clean and comfortable. Staff was VERY helpful at both check-in and check-out, arranging a shuttle from the hotel directly to the airport at 5AM. The hotel is quite small, so don't expect any crazy amenities, but anything you could need is absolutely available. The location of the hotel is great right in the heart of the old city, in the vicinity of great restaurants, temples, massage spots, supermarkets, and more. The hotel is also very "Thai," in that you actually need to take your shoes off before even entering the hotel lobby. It just feels so cool and authentic! Don't worry, everything is absolutely spotless. 9.5/10 !

Tolles kleines Hotel, schön angelegt mit Blumen.

Haben für 2 Tage uns dieses Hotel reserviert, da die Lage optimal ist. Zum einen nahe genug am Flughafen ✈ und in Fußweite zum Nightmarket. Schöne Zimmer auf 4 Stockwerke verteilt Preis Leistung klasse. Hat alles was Man / Frau braucht. Frühstück gleich um die Ecke, gleich gilt für einen Waschsalon. Somit auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet.

チェンマイ観光に最適

メーホーソンとパーイに出かけた際に、再度戻って宿泊した。その間、荷物の一部を預かってもらったが顔なじみになっていたためチェックインの手続きも不要だった。小さなホテルなので自宅に戻った感じで過ごせるのが良い。

Nice hotel with awesome staff

The daytime reception staff is truly great, always friendly and super helpful, from taking your luggage to the room to assisting with a lost item. Thank you! Bathroom had an ant issue and could have been a bit cleaner, everything else was good. Great location, within the old town, walking distance to main wats and markets (maybe spend some bahts on a tuk-tuk on your return).

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful garden and great location inside the city wall, especially for going to the surrounding famous old temple and Feb Chiang Mai Flower fair ;), near to every where but without the crowd.
