▪️This property consists of three separate units (Main Floor, Basement, and Attic), each with its own private entrance. During your stay, you will have full access to all Attic (Purple Door) interiors and amenities. The stairs are at the back of the house. Please note that the outdoor areas and the shared laundry room is through the pink door down the stairs and turn left, located in the basement are communal spaces available to guests in all units.

▪️We offer options for early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability and fees.

▪️Mid-stay cleaning and other concierge services are available upon request for an additional fee.

▪️ Unregistered guests are not allowed.
▪️ Strictly no pets allowed.
▪️ No smoking within the property’s premises.
▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.
▪️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
▪️ Respect the home. Do not break or damage anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay.
▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues.
