« Great location but a little difficult to find. Parking space was not clearly numbered. Flat lovely and spacious. Comfortable beds. Very modern . Overall clean but skirting boards and bathroom radiator dusty.TV difficult to operate, batteries needed in remote.. No instructions left for any appliances and no information about tourism in Chester . We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back to this property. »

« We spent 3 nights here and had a great time. We know Chester and the area well as have family from the area so always enjoy coming back. The property was located well and a great set up for myself and my sister. Plenty of room and practical. The only slight issue was the parking because although there is lots about it gets full very quickly and works on a 6pm - 8am system otherwise it’s only 30 mins. When we are up for a relaxing break so don’t want to have to be up and out was a bit of a pain....

« We chose this apartment as it was only 5mins walk from the city walls and less than 10mins to the city centre. The property was absolutely spotless when we arrived and beautifully presented. Once we had parked our car we had no need to use it for the whole weekend due to the perfect location, access to the city and its attractions was very convenient and we fully intend to use the property in the future. »

« Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. We got parked easily on the street next to the property. The place was clean and had everything we would need. Only one thing that was a slight issue and that was the noise. The flat we stayed in was next door to a shop which was attached to their locked gates and their motorcycle parking area. « Flat is a good location for touring but communication with Noki Stays made this stay a disappointment. First Noki Stays reservation was cancelled with only 48 hours notice and the details on the first location were inaccurate - wrong photos posted on line. Has been a very bad experience overall »

« Clearer entry to main building needed. Several faults found immediately which were reported on arrival. More found during stay. Photos available if needed.Maintenance not carried out before we arrived. Apartment advertised for 5 people but not enough furniture to accommodate them.. No balcony furniture except one broken chair. Kitchen needed a deep clean and redecoration is also needed. Toilet seat in en-suite broken. Floor throughout lifting. Cigarette burns on coffee table. Stains on sofa....
