« Chambre située dans un bâtiment annexe au logement des propriétaires. Très isolé, dans la campagne anglaise. Le logement aurait besoin d'un peu de rangement. Et quel dommage : le potentiel est si grand ! La chambre n'avait certainement pas été utilisée depuis longtemps, les toiles d'araignée en témoignent. Heureusement que la sympathie des hôtes relève le niveau. »

« A disaster from the get go, first there was no one at reception, none of the three numbers displayed on the reception door were answering. After many attempts we managed to get though to someone who literally said he was unable to help us. After half an hour of wait and worry, a young lady passed by and whom we asked for assistance. Thankfully, even though she wasn't a member of staff, she manged to direct us to a room (room17) and provided us with towels. The whole room was dirty and there...

« Convenient for Manchester Airport, good parking, restaurants within walking distance in Handforth centre. Room was very clean, not ensuite but bathroom immediately opposite. Good value for the price, staff were very friendly and helpful, would use this hotel again. »
