« Turned up to the hotel to be told we didn’t have a booking. Zero empathy or customer service. I had driven 3 hours and myself and my 1 year old had no place to stay and hotels.com weren’t able to relocate us so had to drive home. »

« Beverly is a fabulous communicator. And kind. When we told her the coffee press broke she immediately dropped one off to us.! There were other sources for making coffee so I found her response to us very kind. The flat is gorgeous and very comfortable. The location excellent for walking to all amenities, and quiet for sleeping. Five stars! »

« We had a really lovely stay here. The place itself was beautiful, clean, and even better than the photos — the surrounding area in particular was far more stunning than we expected.We did have a bit of trouble finding the location initially, and there was a small issue with one of the facilities, but the host was very responsive and helped us resolve everything quickly, which we really appreciated.The hot tub worked perfectly and was a highlight of our stay, and the kitchen was fully equipped...

« The room was covered in a thick layer of nicotine and smelled like a 80s pub. The beds are the cheapest you could find at ikea. This is what we found out after paying an extra security deposit over the costs of hotels.com. (false advertising). and after 2 days the water heater stopped. No more hot water. After repair request we got an description on how to get it working instead of a repair. The towels have not been changed once during our 11 days stay. And the rooms are extremely thin...

« The apartment was okay. Conveniently located for us to walk to town and visit family. We found it a little weirdly set up with things we didn't need, the steamer, the steps, the printer. But we couldn't use the oven - it smoked and the shower was bizarre and we could have used some instructions as it just wouldn't get to a comfortable temperature. We were also a bit put off by the dirty sponges left in the bathroom. Dont think we would stay there again. »
