Main Floor:
The main floor welcomes you with high vaulted ceilings and a spacious open living room. Gather around the remote-controlled gas fireplace, stream your favorites on the Roku TV, or enjoy a friendly game night with our collection of cards, puzzles, and board games.

Kitchen:
Prepare delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, which includes:
* Dishwasher
* Versatile coffee maker (K-cups and grounds)
* Crockpot
* Teapot
* Blender

Outdoor Oasis:
Step outside onto the expansive, wrap-around deck, your private outdoor sanctuary. Here you can:
* Soak in the hot tub with Bluetooth speakers and a fun neon sign backdrop.
* Gather around the fire pit in comfortable Adirondack chairs under twinkling string lights.
* Host a cookout using the propane grill.
* Play cornhole, a large Connect Four game, or a mini basketball shootout.

Sleeping Arrangements:
* Main Floor Bedroom 1: King Bed & 32-inch Roku TV
* Main Floor Bedroom 2: Queen Bed & 32-inch Roku TV
* Loft: King Bed, a futon that converts to a Queen bed, and a full bathroom with a shower.

Loft & Game Room:
The loft serves as the ultimate game room and multi-purpose space, featuring:
* 55-inch Roku TV
* Foosball table
* Classic arcade games: Golden Tee Golf and Pac-Man
* Laptop-friendly desk and chair for remote work
* Washer/dryer combo (located in the loft bathroom)

Guest Access:
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire cabin, including all interior spaces and the expansive upper and lower decks. The only off-limits area is a locked crawl space access door located on the lower deck, which is reserved for owner and maintenance use.

Communication:
We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their mountain retreat. We will not be present during your stay, but we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs via the messaging app or by phone. Check-in is seamless with a smart lock, so you can arrive and unwind at your own pace.

Additional Information:
Booking Requirements: A signed rental agreement and a $300 security deposit hold are required to finalize your booking. An automated message with a link to complete these will be sent after you reserve. Directions and door codes will not be issued until both items are received. The Security Deposit is released shortly after departure once the cleaning staff has verified that there is no damage or extra cleaning required.

Starter Supplies: We provide an initial starter supply of toiletries, paper towels, trash bags, and laundry pods. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies from nearby stores.

Mountain Living: This is a true cabin-in-the-woods experience. You may encounter wildlife like bears and bugs; please keep car doors locked and do not leave food outside. The metal roof can also be noisy during the fall when acorns and small branches drop from the trees.

Power & Wi-Fi: In the event of bad weather, power outages can occur, which would affect Wi-Fi. Emergency flashlights are provided for your convenience. We will attempt to provide updates on power restoration as much as possible; however, we can only provide what local power companies are sharing.

Firewood: We do our best to keep firewood stocked for the fire pit, but a supply is not guaranteed. We recommend bringing your own fire-starting materials. Firewood is available for purchase at local stores.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days before the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days before the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 6 days away at the time of booking.
