« The hotel was very outdated. The drains did not drain in the tub nor the sink. The wood was damaged and just painted over them. The bed was decent but it felt dirty. The sofa was worn and it was uncomfortable we did not stay our full booking. On top of it the hotel even refused to give us a refund even though we were not happy with the stay or accommodations. »

« Location was good for shopping and near our event we were to attend. Breakfast was very good with a variety of breakfast foods. Our room was clean. »

« The shower head was great. As was the bed. Would have liked a super soft pillow option in the room. »

« Way more and better than I expected. Full sized fridge and two burner stove in the room with a full sized over the range microwave. Extremely clean, quiet, and comfy bed. Full laundry facility on site. Super surprised for the price. It highly exceeded my expectations. Bonus is the bowling alley next door. The only thing I would recommend is bringing extra pillows if you want more than one each. »

« We just wanted want one night after wedding. The room given on the 4th floor had trash and trash on the table as well. We were given another room 6th floor and the cable or TV was not opperable. The staff said it was the weather. It wasn’t raining at the time but soon as it rain the television start working a little better. »

« The beds were wonderful! Clean and comfortable! But the floor was dirty, I’m pretty sure it hasn’t been mopped in months. There were water stains and lots of dirt on the tile floors. If I took a paper towel to wipe up from water dripping off a pop ( does have refrigerator and microwave that work) the paper towel was nasty with dirt from the floor. The shower and toilet were clean but the woodwork and tile again were dirty. Don’t get me wrong I had a great visit with my daughter and granddaughter...

« We arrived at the hotel exhausted at 12:30 AM after a 14-hour drive. As always, my wife checked the bedding for bed bugs. This time, she actually found one — a live bedbug crawling on the box spring stitching under the mattress. We immediately went to the front desk, showed them the bug, and asked to be moved.
