  • Sleeping Configuration:

    Main Level: Bedroom 1 – Sleeps 2 in queen bed, en-suite bathroom. Chair converts into a sleeper for 1.
    Lower Level: Bedroom 2 – Sleeps 2 in queen bed
    Bunk Room: Sleeps 6 in twin-over-twin bunk beds with twin foam mattress trundles. Corduroy bean bag coverts into a queen mattress for 2.
    Carriage house: Bedroom – Sleeps 2. Sleeper sofa sleeps 2.

    Enjoy Rose all Day at Lake Chelan! Our 2-story, 3-bedroom home is in the new Vineyard District where you can enjoy our two wrap around decks!

    Walk in the door and be welcomed by the tall, vaulted ceilings and a large open concept great room which greet you in our reverse living floor plan upstairs. There is also a master bedroom and bathroom on the upper level along with a powder room and laundry room. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless appliances. Sit at the island bar or the 6-seat dining table and enjoy the breathtaking views that surround you. The living room has a beautiful sleeper sofa and chairs to comfortably view the 65" LED 4K Smart TV and 4K Blu-ray player. A universal remote makes media viewing a breeze or click for Sonos and listen to your favorite music. When the sun is out (nearly every day!), enjoy two decks that capture downtown and lake views. A patio dining set and barbeque and pizza oven make outdoor dining seamless. A plush queen bed welcomes you in the master suite. Enjoy a spacious double vanity in the bathroom along with a walk-in shower.

    Downstairs you will find a light and bright bedroom also with its own queen bed. Bunk beds with trundles are featured in the third bedroom which is a favorite of kids and adults alike. Twin over twin bunks include lighting and built in storage. A 40” smart TV is also featured in the bunk room with an Xbox 1 and games. The closet also features an array of games and books to enjoy during your stay. A hallway bathroom includes a bathtub shower and vanity. Tucked in the hall closet is pack-n-play and highchair to use during your stay. The lower level also features a large mechanical room with ample space to store your coolers and extra gear.

    Wine Not Carriage House!

    Two car garage loaded with pool, lake and lawn toys for your entertainment, including foldable Ping Pong table.
    Upstairs you will find an open great room with a dining area, sleeper sofa and kitchenette. The kitchenette is fully stocked for your stay with a Keurig coffee pot, toaster, convection oven microwave, blender and instant hot water kettle. The deck off the great room boasts incredible views of the lake.
    The bedroom includes a queen bed, dresser and nightstand and the separate bathroom can be found just across the hallway. The Wine Not Carriage House is a great addition to your stay at Rose all Day for when you just need a little extra space or separate sleeping quarters.

Girls weekend with chaperones

Great set up for a group of teenage girls who wanted to have a weekend together full of sun, swimming, chilling, cooking and eating. The parents had their own "nest" above the garage and the girls had the house. Easy to check in on them without hovering constantly or having to hide out in a bedroom the whole time to stay "out of the way". Great accommodations and The Lookout is a very nice community.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was wonderful. The places were both very well stocked and we were able to cook all of our meals there. We needed a couple of things and the staff was so kind and helpful!

Not the best experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had many issues in this home. Took 3 hours to get access to the carriage house which we had also rented. Also had a breaker tripping all night so husband could not use his breathing machine and we had to keep getting up to turn it back on. Informed the staff and they just said oh we will put in a help ticket. No I’m sorry that happened what can we do? I have stayed at the Lookout around 10 times and never had an issue. Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. I really had to push and bother them to get what we needed which was a key to the rental that I paid for. The house was smaller than the pictures looked as well. Not as many kitchen supplies either. I will stay at the Lookout again but prob not this home. I did appreciated the Coug gear though. Go Cougs!

You can’t beat the view! Highly recommend
