Would give a ZERO (0) star review, but that's not an option! Didn't speak much English at all, and NOT friendly. They originally refused to accept the price that we got from online company. Then after waiting 45 minutes for online company to speak to the hotel about their agreement, then the hotel finally agreed. But then when we went to check out they attempted to keep part of our deposit but ended up getting all of it.
Also, it was NOT clean/ smelled bad in hallways. Also left dairy products just sitting out on counter (instead of keeping them chilled) during Continental breakfast
