The Glasswater Lake Estate is a luxury retreat on Lake Erie’s North Shore, perfectly positioned for breathtaking eastern sunrise views. Expansive windows frame the water throughout, while a gourmet kitchen, elegant living spaces, and a private deck create an atmosphere of refined comfort. With multiple bedrooms, casual entertainment areas, gardens, a fire pit, and beach access, it’s the ideal setting for families, friends, and unforgettable escapes.
The open-concept main floor is anchored by a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances and an oversized island that seats six. Just beyond, elegant living and dining areas unfold toward an elevated deck that feels as though it floats above the lake, offering a front-row seat to the ever-changing horizon. Upstairs, the master suite features a private balcony and an ensuite bath, while a second queen bedroom offers a serene place to rest after days spent on the water.
The lower level brings a more relaxed spirit, with a smart TV lounge, pool table, and plenty of room for gathering. Three additional bedrooms, thoughtfully arranged, make it easy for families and groups to stay in comfort. Step outside, and the property opens onto expansive gardens, a sprawling lawn, and private beach access. Whether dining al fresco, lounging on the deck, or gathering around the fire pit beneath a canopy of stars, every moment here feels both intimate and spectacular.
Cancellation Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 30 days before check-in.
All reservations canceled more than 30 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Bookings become non-refundable within 30 days of check-in.
Please make sure to complete these steps before your arrival date.
Our rental agreement ensures that both parties are aware of and agree to the terms of the rental. By signing the agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the rules and guidelines for your stay. This helps to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for all involved.
In addition to the rental agreement, we require a $350 offline security deposit hold. A link will be sent to you.
To make your check-in process easier, we have an online check-in form and ask for a copy of your valid photo ID. This will need to be completed in order for your door access code to be generated.
House Rules:
Rental Agreement - Guest must sign the rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your rental. There will be no refunds given if the agreement is not signed.
Security Deposit - A $500 offline Security deposit hold will be required, and a link will be sent to you.
The online check-in form must be completed for your door code to generate in your guest portal
NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED
Smoking/Vaping: Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the house. Please smoke outside and dispose of all cigarette butts appropriately in the ashtrays that are provided. Additional cleaning fees may be charged in the event cigarette butts are found outside of the ashtrays.
Shoes: We ask that you do not wear shoes inside the house, as they track in a lot of things we prefer to stay outdoors. Also, we ask that you wipe your feet before entering the hot tub and the house.
Bugs- We recommend that you come prepared with appropriate bug repellent, such as bug spray, to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience during your outdoor activities. Bug spray can greatly assist in minimizing any inconvenience caused by insects.
Unannounced guests: Prices are based on double occupancy. We ask that there be no unregistered guests past 10 pm. The online check-in form must be submitted before your door code access will be generated in your guest portal. All guests must be registered.
Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linen and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit white towels or linens to be taken from the house.
NOISE-GUESTS SHOULD NOT CREATE EXCESSIVE NOISE AT A LEVEL THAT DISTURBS NEIGHBORS. QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9 PM-8 AM
Garbage: Any garbage and recycling must be stowed in the appropriately marked bins. We recommend that the garbage be taken out daily to avoid unnecessary odors.
Parking: Please Park vehicles in designated parking areas only. Please do not park on the grass. Any illegally parked vehicles are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Appliances & kitchenware: Only use appliances for their intended uses. We have provided kitchenware for our guests; we kindly ask that you load and start the dishwasher before you leave. Dish soap and cloths are located under the sink.
Furniture & décor: Please do not move the furniture or decor. This can damage the floors and disturb the atmosphere of the home we have worked so hard to create.
Pets: Unfortunately, this property is not suitable for pets of any kind.
Towels: Please leave used towels on the floor in the bathroom.
Water & septic: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged damages of up to $1000.
Liability: The owners and property manager (PM) are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowner and PM are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom the invite to use the premises.
