« OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. « The room has no lock on the door; locks are only available outside the two rooms. There are many flies in the hallway, and they are appearing throughout the rooms. There is a lot of dust everywhere. In addition, although we were given the Wi‑Fi password, we’re unable to connect. »

« Hôtel à l'ancien rénové en haut d'un Pub. Gérants hyper sympa. ..en plein centre Sheerness mais on m'a expliqué aussitôt ou trouver un parking gratuit tout près ! Au centre de Sheerness à proximité magasins, cafés etc ! Certes, pas Hôtel 5 étoiles mais très bien pour notre point de vu qualité /prix ! Bouilloire en chambre pour faire thé ou café. ..TV..WI-FI....Sheerness pas trop touristique mais OK pour visiter les plages de l'Île plus Kent tout près. Sur Île. ..réserve oiseaux. églises...

« On a passé une nuit dans cette hôtel. La chambre était top. Un des hôtel où on a le mieux dormi durant notre road trip au Royaume Uni. Si je dois donné un point négatif ce serait la salle de restauration que je n’ai pas trouvé très chaleureuse. Mais c’est un détail. »

« Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm.
