« Front desk only open until 7pm. We were running late, so tried calling, Expedia messaging & emailing to advise and could not get thru or did not receive a response. Fortunately, we were able to use the code & check in tablet to get in, as advised. But it did cause us some grief that we weren't able to reach anyone, the tablet gave us some trouble at first as did the key to the room - but we did get in. Center overhead light went out, shower head didn't stay up - kept slipping down. »

« visiting client in kassel. A bit completed for check in , in one building but rools in an other house. Hotel disappointing with respect to price and German standards of quality, some hair in the shower for example. staff are very kind, helped me carry my heavy suitcase. »

« Très bien. Garage couvert. Espace Wellness très joli. Le seul inconvénient était que j'ai résidé dans un batiment annexe de l'autre côté de la rue. Traverser la route en peignoir ou en tenue de sport ou pour prendre le petite déjeuner avec les températures en automne/hiver c'est plutôt moyen sinon tout était OK. »
