Experience Lake Tahoe in comfort and style at this beautifully remodeled home, scenically situated on the Lake Tahoe Golf Course. Take in views of the surrounding woodlands and mountains from the deck and the grass-covered backyard. Show off your culinary skills in the well-equipped kitchen or outside on the gas grill. In winter, gather your friends and family to swap stories around the gas fireplace.



Pack your clubs to get some practice at the Lake Tahoe Golf Course or drive further out to the popular Ranch Course at Genoa Lakes 28 miles away. In winter, you can enjoy cross country skiing right on the property or hit the slopes at Heavenly Mountain Resort (nine miles). You'll also be six miles from Camp Richardson, which offers a variety of fun summer and winter activities for the group! Be sure to visit downtown South Lake Tahoe (six miles) to browse the local restaurants and find the perfect souvenir in one of the shops.



THINGS TO KNOW



Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.



WiFi can be spotty in the mountains.



This home is not equipped with air conditioning.



The patio furniture is seasonal.



The BBQ is seasonal.



Parking is limited to 1 vehicle in the driveway only.

Street parking is not permitted and may result in fines or towing.

Please make sure cars are parked fully within the driveway and not blocking sidewalks or neighboring properties.

Oversized vehicles, trailers, RVs, and boats are not allowed.



Garbage and recycling should be stored in the big metal bear box next to the driveway. There is a latch on the front of the bear box. You will lift the latch with your hand when opening and closing the bear box. Our bears are pretty smart. DO NOT LEAVE THE BEAR BOX UNLATCHED. This will ensure that the local wildlife cannot get to your trash.



NOTE: The city of South Lake Tahoe takes the safety of their wildlife and the beauty of their city very seriously. So please never leave garbage outside overnight as the wildlife will find it, and guests will be responsible for any clean up or fines that may occur.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house, including the two bedrooms, living room, full bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the convenience of a private entrance and free parking. Relax on the deck with outdoor seating and take in the tree-lined views. The gas grill is available for your use. Laundry facilities are available with a private washer and dryer. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property.

The neighborhood itself is peaceful and residential, providing a welcome respite after a day of exploring the mountains and the lake.

The property is located in an area with potential wildlife encounters; please be mindful of bears and other animals. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property.
