Please consider the length and purpose of your trip when planning your stay with us - our essentials are provided to get your vacation started.

★ WHAT TO EXPECT: With us you’ll find unique vacation rental properties that provide a consistent, upscale `home away from home` experience. These properties are individually and privately owned. We are available to assist you during your stay for issues and emergencies. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. If you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

★ ID VERIFICATION AND DAMAGE WAIVER/DEPOSIT REQUIRED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification and a security hold of $750 (just an authorization hold like a pending transaction that disappears after checkout.) Rather not provide a deposit? No problem! As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Either one is required when completing the check-in process. Please message us with any questions. NOTE: DO NOT PURCHASE THE DAMAGE WAIVER OFFERED BY VRBO. The optional damage waiver can be purchased AFTER booking using our online check-in portal.

★ PETS We’re happy to welcome your pets during your stay. There is a $300 fee per pet, per stay. For guests bringing more than one pet, each additional pet will be subject to the same fee. To help keep the space comfortable and clean for everyone, we kindly ask that pets stay off the furniture and beds.
- Events allowed only with pre-approval from the host and agreement to abide by community terms.
- No more than 10 guests allowed unless pre-approved by the host.
- No drop-by, unregistered guests unless pre-approved by the host.
- No parking or driving on the lawn. Damage to the lawn or sprinkler system will be charged to the guest.
- No use of the fireplace is allowed.
- If traveling with a pet, an additional $300 per pet per stay fee applies.
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind in the house/garage. This will result in a $500 fine for deep cleaning. Smoking allowed outside in the backyard only. Please discard cigarette butts responsibly.
- Quiet Hours are from 9PM to 8AM. Respect the neighbors. Complaints from a neighbor will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. Yes, they have our number.

-For the security and safety of all our guests, this property has a Ring doorbell camera that monitors the front of the property. Two additional exterior Ring cameras monitor the backyard gate entrance and driveway. All cameras are visible, record video/audio and will be ON during every reservation.
