Lance, was incredible. The home was cute, decorated nicely, came with everything you need. Nice backyard. Bring games, seasons, coffee, none there. Note passcode, I locked myself out. I would definitely stay at the yellow house again. Lance, the book of house rules was very helpful.

Perfect Stay in Downtown Charlotte

I recently stayed at this beautiful property in downtown Charlotte, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and attractions like the Spectrum Center and Bank of America Stadium.The house itself is immaculate, spacious, and modern. The décor is stylish yet cozy, with plenty of natural light. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook, and the open floor plan made it perfect for hanging out with friends. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms were sparkling clean, with plush towels and even complimentary toiletries.One of the highlights was the outdoor patio—it was a great spot to unwind with a glass of wine after a day of exploring the city. The hosts were also incredibly accommodating and responsive, answering all our questions promptly and providing helpful recommendations for local spots to check out.If you’re looking for a place to stay in Charlotte, this is it. I’d definitely book this property again!

Beautiful space

The location and layout of this place was perfect. It was cozy and we had a great stay. During our stay we had a late check in though because the cleaning crew wasn’t done. The owners were there to greet us but this was not communicated. We also sent multiple messages about the wifi not working and received automated messages but no help. We were thankful to be here just hopefully better communication with next guests.

We spent a week at the yellow house. To say we were impressed with the experience is an understatement. Communication with host was exceptional, location to everything and anything was fantastic and most importantly the house was as listed- clean, fully equipped and comfortable. Great location in Charlotte

This house is in a perfect location for exploring the area. Everything is within a few short miles. Neighborhood was quiet. The house was well stocked for our stay, with extras readily available. Beds are comfortable and spacious. Bedrooms have blackout curtains for late sleepers. We enjoyed our stay.

Great little yellow house in Charlotte

Lance's little yellow house is very clean, comfortable (yes, including the beds!), updated, and very centrally located, yet the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Optimist Park, which is basically a food court with a wide range of delicious options at good value, is literally a 90 second walk from the house. The light rail is a 3 minute walk and a 5 ish minute ride to NoDa, which any foodie and/or arts bent person will appreciate. We will certainly be booking here again over the next four years of our daughter's UNC Charlotte career.

Very clean

Very clean and good location. Communication was spotty with the owner but he eventually answered. Overall nice place to stay. It was nice to have a fenced in backyard for the dogs. Lots of mosquitoes back there so bring bug spray if staying out there for more than a few minutes.

Girl’s Trip with the Eagles!

The property was perfect for 4 friends celebrating a long friendship and the Eagles! Optimist Square is a close walk and offers incredible outdoor space and eating options. If you have any questions or request from the property manager, make sure to do it well in advance as he does not answer in a timely way. Great trip!
