Welcome to our cozy private guest house, tucked away behind our home in a quiet Charlotte neighborhood. This thoughtfully designed accessory dwelling unit (ADU) is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business guests, or anyone looking for a comfortable home base while exploring the city.

The guest house comfortably sleeps 2 guests with a queen-size bed and includes everything you need for a relaxing stay:

Although the guest house is located behind the property owner’s residence, it has its own private entrance and private fenced yard. Guests will walk through the homeowner’s yard to access the guest house, but once inside the fenced guest area, you’ll have your own private outdoor space to enjoy.

Pet Information
We have three friendly resident dogs on the property—two Goldendoodles and one French Bulldog. We are mindful of guest privacy and will keep our pets inside whenever guests are arriving, departing, or using shared outdoor areas.

Outdoor Amenities
Guests are welcome to use the outdoor grill located on the homeowner’s porch. We simply ask that you treat it respectfully and clean it after use.

Please keep the main entry gate closed at all times. This helps ensure our friendly pets remain safely contained on the property.
