The house is located in a very convenient area and is close to just about anything in Charlotte. The house was as cute as could be with a very nice backyard. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. We were very happy with the our short stay!

Perfect place near to downtown Charlotte.

There were my wife and I plus a friend. Having 2 bedrooms with 2 baths and a kitchen was perfect. Place was well maintained and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

This Home is so charming. Everything was spotless. It’s in a lovely neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It’s just a few minutes from downtown Charlotte. So it is very convenient. The backyard is like a little vacation resort, all to itself. There are lounge chairs and shade coverage. She has lovely water fountains in the back to create a spa-like atmosphere. I spoke extensively with the hostess. She was delightful. She really cares about this property and the people who rent it. She wanted to make sure that we enjoyed ourselves and did not have any issues. We will be returning to the same property, the next time we go to Charlotte. We highly recommend this Home.

Amazing stay!

The duplex was very clean and so beautifully decorated. The location was great too, surrounded by plenty of things to do and the host even reached out with suggestions. I'll definitely be adding it to my favorites for any future visits to Charlotte

Clean and well located

My husband and I stayed here for a quick trip to Charlotte with my in laws. The house was clean and cute in a convenient location. We would have liked a few more kitchen items like a cutting board and sponges for washing dishes, and the beds were a little bit hard, but overall it was a good stay.

Great option for a weekend!

Stayed here for a long weekend to attend the NHRA event at Charlotte Motor Speedway. The place was clean and we had plenty of room for the 4 of us. It was also in a great location. Quick drive or Uber ride into the city for meals and easy drive to the racetrack. Owner was nice and communicated with us throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Home and Location

We just spent the weekend at this home. We were in town for a wedding. The location was perfect and the home was beautiful. It was a great size for four people with good size bedrooms and updated bathrooms and kitchen. The home was beautifully decorated. Fran was wonderful to work with and easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend this property!
