The property is a keyless property. Prior to your check in date, you will be asked to download the Door app via the App Store or Google Play. A smart phone is required to access the property. On the day prior to check in, we will reach out to you to with activation instructions. DOOR/LATCH will serve as your key to get inside of the building as well as into your unit. It is very important to keep your smart phone on you at all times to move throughout the building.
Our guests will have full access to the apartment, except for one closet.
The day before your arrival we will message you with check-in details.

✅ For VRBO guests: You will also be required to choose a waiver or security hold. It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and options of a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) or non-refundable $35 damage waiver fee to receive your arrival instructions.
