Enjoy a large executive-style living room with home theater, chef’s kitchen, rooftop deck with views of the Bank of America Stadium, and garage parking. Walk to the light rail or drive to Uptown in 3-5 minutes. With high-end furnishings and a quiet location, it’s perfect for group stays and weekend getaways.

- Dining and lounge area with leather seating, Smart TV, stereo system, books, and privacy curtains

Third Floor (Sleeping Quarters)
- King Suite 1: King bed, ensuite bath with walk-in shower, Smart TV, desk, closet
- King Suite: King bed, ensuite bath with shower/tub combination, closet, Smart TV
- Laundry room w/ washer & dryer and detergent provided
Fourth Floor (Rooftop Access)
- Access to rooftop terrace (currently unfurnished, but with changes coming soon!)
CANCELLATIONS
The cancellation policy applies to all bookings. An additional $150 cancellation fee will be charged to cover credit card processing and admin fees on all cancellations.
RENTER'S AGREEMENT
A signed renter's agreement is required for all reservations, as well as a picture of a government-issued photo ID and a picture of your credit card used to book showing only the last 4 digits and your name. This is to prevent credit card fraud and is meant to protect you as the renter and us as hosts.
DEPOSIT
We require a $300 deposit for each reservation, which will be processed 3 days before your arrival. As long as there is no unexpected damage to the home, deposits are automatically refunded in full in 7 days.
