Our two luxurious condos are located in Charlotte’s historic Elizabeth neighborhood, known for its trendy boutiques, inviting cafés, and acclaimed restaurants. Enjoy a short walk along tree-lined streets to Independence Park and Novant Hospital. Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, Hulu Live TV, and an in-unit washer and dryer. On-site parking is included, and you’re just a two-block walk to the Streetcar with direct access to Plaza Midwood and Uptown.
The Space:
Charlotte’s premier fitness center, the Dowd YMCA, is just five minutes away and offers cardio equipment, weights, group classes, and swimming (7-day pass available for $50).
You’re reserving two second-floor residences in the stately Milton Building—one two-bedroom unit and one one-bedroom unit. Each apartment includes a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, and the same high-quality amenities, making this an ideal setup for families, colleagues, or groups traveling together.

Within a half-mile walk you’ll find more than 40 locally owned restaurants, cafés, and shops. Nearby favorites include Cajun Queen, Intermezzo, and Central Coffee. Breweries, cocktail bars, and independent boutiques are all close at hand.

Rental Agreement:
Guests must be 21+ to book (verified for security only)
A rental agreement will be provided before check-in.
As per the NC Vacation Rental Act, payment, signature, and/or taking possession of the property serves as acceptance.
The booking guest must complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate information may result in cancellation without refund.

Please lock all doors and windows when leaving.
Unauthorized late departures may result in a $200 fee.

We provide a starter kit of supplies, any additional supplies needed must be purchased
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.
Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Any violation may result in a $300 fine and termination of your stay without refund.
Pets
Dogs only (max 2). $59/per pet
All pets must be registered before arrival. Unregistered pets will incur a $120 fee/per pet.
Pet owners must provide breed.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Excessive hair or damage may result in cleaning fees of $250 plus the cost of any damages.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste around the property (waste stations are conveniently located around the property).
Any pet that continues to disrupt other guest's and their ability to relax and enjoy their stay may result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

Smoking
Absolutely no smoking.
If smoke odor or remnants are found inside, a $500 cleaning fee will apply.
Damages & Conduct
Please report any damage immediately, we know accidents happen we just asks guests to be truthful when they do

Trash
Trash should fit in the outdoor bins provided.
