Relax in the spacious living room, featuring a large upholstered sofa and a flat-screen TV with streaming and live TV. The space is accented with artwork by a celebrated local artist known for large-scale installations across North Carolina and the Smithsonian, adding a distinctive local touch to your stay.
We’ve carefully preserved the character of this historic 1920s building while fully renovating the interior. First-floor residences feature large double-hung windows that flood the space with natural light. Original refinished hardwood floors, classic bathroom tile, and two-panel doors provide the charm often missing from new construction.
The recently renovated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and essentials for everyday living. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats four, and ample storage throughout the apartment makes it well suited for long-term guests.
A dedicated desk and ultra-fast Wi-Fi allow business travelers to stay productive and connected.
The bedroom features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a generous closet stocked with hangers, an iron, and an ironing board. Furnishings may vary slightly from photos as we periodically update interiors. The bathroom is spotless and features modern fixtures, tiled walls and floors, plush towels, and a starter supply of premium bath products and detergents.
