✔ Age Requirement – The primary guest must be 21+. Guests aged 18–20 may reserve with a one-time additional fee of $35. All other guests under 21 are welcome if accompanied by the primary guest.
🚨 Noise Monitoring – The unit is equipped with Minut noise detectors and exterior cameras. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 minutes, guests will be charged a $2,500 fine, immediately removed, and the reservation will be canceled without a refund..
🧑🧑🧒🧒 Guest Policy – Only guests included in the original reservation are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal, and non-refundable cancellation of the reservation.
🚭 Smoke Detectors – The unit contains active smoke detectors. Tampering with these devices or triggering them due to smoking or other smoke sources will result in a $2,500 fine, immediate removal, and reservation cancellation without refund.
