Looking for the perfect place to entertain and reconnect with your family and friends? You have found the place!! Check out Vibes N Tides, a beautiful custom home that is nearly brand new and just designed to entertain - ideal for up to 14 people! With bedrooms on all 3 floors, you and your guests will have flexible sleeping options - and the amenities and touches are top notch! Inside the property you'll enjoy the stone fireplace on the main level, lower-level theatre room, 5 SMART TVs and just an awesome game room with an air hockey table, shuffleboard, and foos ball table.

As we head outside, drink a cup of coffee or enjoy a glass of wine & take in the peace and quiet from the lakeside deck that extends across the main level When you are ready to get out on the water, tie up your boat to your private dock or take out one of our three adult kayaks - if you'd like to rent a pontoon boat, contact us for more details. At night, sit around the lakeside fire pit to enjoy your company while making S'mores....or jump into the hot tub on those cool crisp nights that overlooks Lake Norman!!

Family Thanksgiving gathering. Cooking for a big family was a breeze as everything we needed was right there. Loved the open layout as that made it easy for all of us to be together.

We loved our stay! The view of the lake and fall colors were gorgeous. Great weather so we enjoyed kayaking each day and hot tub in the evenings. The dock with roller ramp for getting kayaks in made it so easy!! I loved the convenience of the hot tub and the fire pit too! Lots of wood to enjoy our 'welcome pack' (the making of smores...so good!!) The house was very well -stocked with everything we needed which added to our great experience! We will be back

Overall excellent property. One of the glass shower doors did fall off when one of our family members attempted to get in the shower. Management was very kind and let us know the door would be repaired. Dock is very nice and easy to get a boat into. House was very clean, included welcome snacks/s'mores kit, etc. We had a great time and would recommend this property.

Amazing House for Family Time

We absolutely loved staying at this house, it was beautiful and the location was perfect for us, so quiet and peaceful. There is so much room and so many fun things to do, game room, theater room, hot tub, fire place and pit and kayaks down at the dock. The house is very well stocked, there wasn't anything that we needed that wasn't there. Communication with the property manager was fantastic. Overall, just an awesome week in a beautiful house!

Great house for large group

The house was absolutely great for our group. The house had everything we needed (and more!). We had fun in the game room, theater room, hot tub and using the kayaks. The views from the deck were fantastic!

What a beautiful property

We had such a wonderful time while we were at this home. The property was absolutely amazing, room for everybody. Close to grocery stores. But also seemed private. We hope to stay again at this location soon. Maybe summertime so we can enjoy the lake.The contact for the property was just a text message away. I have zero complaints.

Family holiday weekend

This home was the perfect meeting place for our family gathering- plenty of room for the two of us (Mom & Dad), our 5 children (ranging in age from 9-26), and 3 significant others. Beautiful location, well-appointed home, conveniently within reach of Charlotte airport. We really enjoyed family meals, lots of game playing, and super comfy theater room. We even had nearby friends join us for dinner & easily accommodated 2 more (ample seating & dishware). *Publix less than 10 minutes away.

Perfect spot-on Lake Norman

Weekend Getaway

The house was perfect, well appointed in every way! Wish we could have stayed longer. Great location on the lake quiet street / neighborhood. Bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Kitchen was perfect, big and had all the items you need. Game room and theatre rooms were a big hit! Beautiful views and multiple quiet spaces to just chill. Highly recommended.

Great property to stay at!

Our family really enjoyed our time at this house! The attention to detail on the property all around was 10/10 and exceeded our expectations. Very clean and very well done home. Everything we needed and more was there. Management was great - we needed a minor repair and they fixed it day of with great communication. Overall, we highly recommend this place and would definitely visit again! The ONLY con is the property is about 15-20 mins from closest restaurant, but this is what our family wanted, so we didn’t mind it. Great place to stay overall!

The Perfect Stay

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks, and could have stayed for 2 weeks longer! The photos posted do not do it justice, as it is even more beautiful in person. The view from the living area is breathtaking as you enter the front door, and there is also a great view of the water from the kitchen. This house is immaculate, and has all of the amenities of home. My daughter and I spent a lot of time in the fully stocked, large kitchen baking some of our favorite desserts, while my husband enjoyed being out on the dock with our pups! We took several walks around the neighborhood while there, and were able to meet some of the neighbors. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I cannot say enough about this property. I suppose when you have a top notch property manager like Drew, that is to be expected. He checked in to make sure all was well when we arrived, and let us know that he was available if we needed anything. We had the most enjoyable time, and are looking forward to our next stay. I highly recommend this property if you are in the area!
